Does Kairos replace Monday, Wrike or Teamwork?
No. Those tools plan and coordinate work. Kairos connects authorised work evidence, proposes an explainable classification, has a person confirm it, and sends reliable time to your reports and accounting. It sits alongside your stack instead of replacing it.
Does Kairos monitor employees?
No. Kairos reads only the sources a person authorises, favours metadata, and does not score individual productivity. Raw activity never becomes management data automatically: only confirmed information is shared, according to defined roles.
What is an AI action?
An AI action is a useful, visible operation: analysing an activity, proposing a classification, suggesting a tag, detecting a grouping or producing a recommendation. Each plan includes a monthly volume, shown live in your workspace.
Can I start free without a card?
The Discovery plan is free, with no credit card. Sign-ups are temporarily paused; book a demo to explore Kairos.
Which tools are available today?
Today: Google and Microsoft, plus manual project creation. Browser, GitHub, Jira, AI assistants, QuickBooks, Xero, Slack and Teams are in development and clearly labelled as such.
What happens if I reach my AI action limit?
You are notified at 70%, 90% and 100% of your quota. Nothing is charged automatically: you explicitly choose to buy an extra block or change plan.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans carry no annual commitment and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Your data stays exportable before the workspace closes.
Is proposed data sent to accounting automatically?
No. Only time confirmed by a person can be synced, and only on the plans and connections you have activated.
