Account data (name, email, language), organisation data, and metadata from the sources you explicitly connect. We favour metadata whenever full content is not required.
Purposes
Proposing a project structure, classifying activities, enabling human confirmation and producing time reports. No data is used to score individual productivity.
Lawful basis and consent
Each source is connected on explicit consent and can be revoked at any time. Revocation stops reading that source immediately.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on your plan and settings. You can request an export or deletion of your data.
Processors and transfers
We rely on hosting and processing providers. The list and hosting regions are shared on request before any rollout.
