Security and privacy
Automation has to earn trust.
Kairos is an evidence and confirmation assistant, never an individual productivity monitoring tool.
Private by default
Raw activity does not automatically become management data. What is shared depends on role and confirmation.
Source consent
Each source states what is read, why and for how long. No implicit reading.
Minimisation
We favour metadata whenever full content is not required for the proposal.
Encryption
Data encrypted in transit and at rest, partitioned per organisation.
Audit log
Provenance, suggestion, correction and the person who confirmed are all retained.
Reversibility
Disable a source, export your data and apply a deletion policy on request.
No silent retroactive changes
Confirmed data does not change without a trace. Any later correction is dated, attributed and visible in the history.
Certifications
Kairos displays no SOC 2 or ISO certification until the corresponding audit is complete. This page will be updated as soon as an attestation is obtained.
Data residency and governance
Residency requirements vary by market. For a deployment in Canada, Europe or the Middle East, tell us your requirements before rollout: we document access, roles and retention periods.
What Kairos does not do
No individual monitoring
Kairos does not measure a person's productivity and does not turn raw activity into management data.
No reading without consent
An unauthorised source is not read. You see what is read, why, and for how long.
No certification announced early
We display neither SOC 2 nor ISO until the audit is actually complete.
